CANCELLATION
All sales are final & no cancellation / revision will be entertained once your order has been processed and email confirmation send. We seek your co-operation in honouring your purchase once order has been submitted.

EXCHANGE AND REFUND
We hope that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. All sales are final and item/s sold are non-refundable and non-returnable. However, if you should need to exchange an item due to manufacturer's defect, you may do so within 3 days of receiving your purchase. Please email us with the details of the defect. You have to exchange for item/s which is of the same or higher value than your exchanged item/s. Sale / special offers item/s are not exchangebale.

We regret that we DO NOT offer cash refund. In the event that you are not able to select a replacement from our available stocks, we will issue a ecredit voucher equal to the value of your returned item/s for your future purchase.

We reserve the rights to determine what consitutes as a defective item/s. Please be informed that you will have to borne the postage / delivery cost of returning the defective item/s.
